Fillercote

Fillercote is in the class of the universal PVA and even better. Interior rough uncoated cement walls that needs a first coat, yes this is the correct product for that first coat. Some of our clients boast that they have used it as a finish coat due to its superior coverage, and they are happy with the finish, we thank you for that observation, but we have tested and developed this product for the purpose of a Fillercote and it meets all the specifications and quality standards of a filler coat.
