Hicover is a product of Turbo Quality Paints it is developed with a high percentage superior quality acrylic emulsion and Titanium, therefore this product offers our customer an economical Interior and exterior matt finish coating with superior coverage and filling properties. It comes in a brilliant white color and due to its high viscosity there is less mess when painting ceilings or walls it is the perfect PVA coating for factories or a first coat before application of a washable paint. The product has passed a scrubbing test within its class, with a high accolade of 10000 scrubs.
